Oliver Steiner

Born in Switzerland and educated in Argentina and France, OLIVER STEINER is an M&A and Corporate Finance professional with cross functional experience ranging from multinational banks to SMEs and start-ups. His areas of expertise are M&A advisory and execution of local or cross-border transactions, including business valuation and management of due diligence teams. He participated in deals in a broad range of industries including Industry and Support Services, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Retail and Transportation.
Oliver holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an Industrial Engineering diploma from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. He also completed a course in Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making at Harvard Business School, and is a CFA candidate (passed level 1).
Oliver is Swiss and Argentinian, married with one child. He is fluent in Spanish, French, English and Portuguese.
